Terms of use

These terms and this privacy policy describe how Bookly runs today. They are not legal advice and have not been certified as a completed Saudi Personal Data Protection Law review.

These terms apply when you create a Bookly account or use a Bookly booking page. Signing up means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

The service

Bookly lets a shop publish a booking page and manage appointments. Reminders and the waitlist depend on the shop's plan and on email being configured. The service is provided as available. There is no uptime guarantee. Plan limits can change. Paid plans are billed manually. Card checkout is not part of this version.

Accounts and shops

You must confirm your email before opening the dashboard. You are responsible for accurate services, hours, prices, and messages sent to your customers, and for anyone you allow into the account. You must not use Bookly to collect data you have no right to process, or to send spam. We may suspend a shop that abuses the platform or does not pay an agreed invoice.

Your customers' data

You control the personal data your shop collects through Bookly. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law where it applies to you. Bookly processes that data only to run the service for your shop.

Plans

Free and Pro limits are enforced in the product. Public booking stays available if a paid subscription lapses, but paid features stop until the subscription is active or trialing again.

Ending the service

You can ask us to delete your shop from the deletion form. We can suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms. Removal from the live service follows the privacy policy, including the backup window.

Which law applies

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They do not choose a court or an arbitration center. Saudi counsel still has to confirm that choice before it is treated as a dispute clause.
